FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of flax seeds integrated processing that involves mechanical treatment of seeds, extraction with liquid gases with further isolation of oil from the extract nd the extract heating to 30°C; water extraction of the sediment proceeds in two stages: first at a temperature of 30°C, the ratio of raw material to extragent being 1:5, during 20 min, then the extract is filtered and the cake undergoes secondary extraction at a temperature of 70°C, the ratio of raw material to extragent being 1:5 during 60 min; then the extract is filtered, the both extracts are mixed, boiled out and mixed with oil; then the resultant product is encapsulated.
EFFECT: invention enables production of a product with increased content of fatty acids as well as development of a pharmaceutical agent on its base.
