FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: according to procedure of development of deposit of high viscous oil heat carrier is pumped into reservoir through producer and oil is successively withdrawn from it. Upon heat carrier pumping cooling fluid is pumped into well. Amount of pumped fluid is determined by ratio: 0.5*[QT*(0.1163*ln(h)+0.1333] ≤ QFLUID ≤ 1.5*[QT*(0.1163*ln(h)+0.1333], where QFLUID is amount of pumped cooling fluid, tons, QT is amount of heat pumped with heat carrier into a pay, GJ; and h is effective thickness of a pay, m. Water, hot heated water, alkali or acidic solution, oil and gas are used as cooling fluid or at least as part of it.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of development of deposit of high viscous oil due to more rational utilisation of heat introduced into pay and due to increased coverage of pay with heat effect, reduced duration of steam heat processing, reduced temperature of extracted fluids, expanded arsenal of process facilities for development.
