FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of development of deposit of high-viscosity oil and/or bitumen using the method of huff-and-puff impact on layer includes consecutive injection of the heat carrier for heating of the formation - steam, and cooling liquid and the subsequent production selection from the well. The cooling liquid is 3-10% water solution of carbamide. The heat carrier is injected up to the temperature in a well bore zone not lower than the carbamide decomposition temperature. The cooling liquid is injected at the volume from 1/12 up to 1/6 from the weight of the heat carrier with the temperature no more than 120°C below the heat carrier temperature.
EFFECT: keeping integrity of a cement sheath outside the well casing string, shortening the period of idle time of the well, higher oil output, increase of oil recovery coefficient, increase of service life of operation of the submersible electric pump.
