FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: development of each bed within the outline of chamber is performed immediately for the whole thickness of the bed and for the whole length of chamber. Bed cutting of the combine along salt rock bed is performed at an angle to horizontal, which provides movement of self-propelled vehicle. During development of salt rock bed the broken salt is placed in front of combine on the soil of chamber in the form of a layer. At that, parameters of combine complex shall comply with condition hmin<Hc-1.5Hrs<hmax, where hmin and hmax - minimum and maximum allowable sizes of working area in the chamber as to height; Hc - chamber height (total developed bed thickness of potassium beds and rock salt bed); Hrs - thickness of rock salt bed. First, broken rock salt on chamber soil is leveled with the loading mechanism of combine and then compacted with combine undercarriage. Final leveling and compaction of upper layer of broken rock salt is performed with undercarriage of self-propelled equipment provided with towing levelling-compacting device.
EFFECT: increasing development economy of close potassium beds separated with rock salt bed.
