FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system for detection and identification of explosives at the building entrance contains the explosive types measurement instrument memory, a pulse radiator and a signal receipt transducer (connected to a power supply source) with the received signal amplifier and analogue-to-digital converter); the system is additionally equipped with at least two pull relays mounted on the building entrance doors so that to enable their interlocking; there are at least three pulse radiators used; each radiator consists of a radiation-protected housing wherein a gamma and X-ray radiation sources and a refractor are mounted; with the help of the refractor the said radiations form a stable helical existence; the pulse radiators are mounted over the building entrance door in a semi-circle so that to enable formation of a contact space before the entrance door which space lapses into a contact field before the entrance door; the signal receipt transducer is mounted under the contact field at a distance of 4-5 m from the entrance door and is connected to the explosive types measurement instrument memory; the contact space height is equal to the pulse radiator mounting height with the contact field width equal to 4-5 m.

EFFECT: simplification of design; increased efficiency of explosives detection and identification.
