SUBSTANCE: navigation device installed in a vehicle determines road traffic conditions when the vehicle moves in the zone of a road along a facility, and determines whether the payment terminal installed on the vehicle has made a payment by communicating with a facility terminal installed on the facility. If it is determined that a payment has been made through communication, then detector data are generated which associate the traffic conditions in the road zone with a payment service of the facility.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain detailed information relating to a defined zone on a road along a facility.
