SUBSTANCE: in a light-emitting diode radiation source, having at least one or more semiconductor monochromatic radiation emitters in the ultraviolet or optical region, a light emitter holder with connection leads, a radiator and a casing lens, according to the invention, the semiconductor light emitters are coated with a luminophore. The wavelength of the light emitters lies in the λ=450-460 nm range, and its chromaticity coordinates lie in the range X=(0.36, 0.36, 0.47, 0.46)±0.001, Y=(0.37, 0.35, 0.43, 0.39)±0.01.
EFFECT: design of a light-emitting diode radiation source whose operational capabilities combine advantages of light-emitting diode devices and do not depend much on ambient temperature.
