SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for stimulation of new tissue growth and/or wound healing on wound surface. Bandage is formed by dissolving one or more biodegradable polymers and pore-forming system in solvent and removal of said solvent, where pore-forming system includes compound, which is dissolved when it is brought into contact with liquid medium. Bandage is placed on wound surface in such way that bandage fills wound surface by form and size. Collector is placed in contact with bandage. Collector is covered with protective film. Protective film is fixed to skin surface by wound perimeter. On wound surface lower pressure through bandage and collector is created, and formation of pores takes place in situ in bandage by contact of wound fluids with pore-forming system inside this bandage.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to accelerate tissue growth, prevent additional trauma to wound.
