Method of treating a wound bed containing a smooth muscle fistula without significant cell damage or destruction involves applying an absorbent dressing containing foam material based on an ester having pores with a width of about 0.1 mcm to about 80 mcm, directly on a wound bed containing a smooth muscle fistula, and application of low pressure to absorbent bandage in order to remove wound fluid substance from wound bed. Disclosed are embodiments of the low pressure treatment system characterized by the implementation of the contact layer.

EFFECT: inventions provide uniform movement of a wound substance through a wound and a dressing and possibility of temperature regulation inside a wound.
