METHOD FOR COMPLEX SPA REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH POSTINFARCTION CARDIOSCLEROSIS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61H1/00 A61H33/00 A61M21/00

Abstract RU 2761737 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical, spa rehabilitation, physical and psychotherapy, and can be used in the rehabilitation of patients in the recovery period after myocardial infarction, with postinfarction cardiosclerosis (PCS). To achieve the effect, daily therapeutic dosed walking is carried out, against the background of drug treatment in accordance with the patient's indications, compliance with a balanced hypocaloric diet with a low content of saturated fats, as well as carrying out Felt therapy sessions 2 times a week, individually or in a group, with the duration of the session 2 hours. Felt therapy is a sequential implementation by the patient during the entire course of rehabilitation of four objects made of dyed colored non-spun sheep wool by felting, figuratively reflecting the corresponding sequential states of the patient: 1) a healthy state - intact, 2) a sick state - damaged by a disease, 3) a state as a result of previous treatment of acute myocardial infarction, 4) a state as a result of rehabilitation against the background of PCS, with discussion and analysis of the results obtained from felting together with a psychotherapist. At the same time, therapeutic dosed walking is carried out in the form of interval training - 5 minutes of walking, then 5 minutes of stopping, then walking again, etc., daily 2 times a day in the morning and evening hours in the fresh air with an increasing level of load in points, which while walking is monitored using the Borg scale shown in Table 1 and using acceptable technical means.

EFFECT: method provides the effect of complex rehabilitation with an improvement in the tolerance of gradually increasing PL and their compliance for a patient with PCS, through both interval physical training in the form of dosed walking, fine motor skills training, the effects of influencing biologically active points of the hands, and by training a psychologically positive perception of the real the environment, searching for real resource objects and states in it, training motivation for successful rehabilitation, by giving a creative motivational meaning to physical training in the dynamics of increasing load, leading to accelerated rehabilitation and socialization of patients, reducing the number of further possible acute cardiovascular conditions.
