FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preparation of dry loose materials and may be used in agriculture, food, chemical and other industries. The device comprises a mixing chamber from elastic material in the form of a hollow cylinder. Outside the chamber sections are embraced with circular yokes with inner gaskets. The yokes are connected to a crank shaft of a mixer drive by means of connecting rods. The chamber may do oscillating reciprocal motion in the vertical plane. Chamber sections between yokes may oscillate horizontally.

EFFECT: provision of high durability, high quality of loose mixtures preparation, increased efficiency without complicating of mixer design and with low mixing time.
