FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of complex profile axisymmetric parts operating under internal pressure. At first, pipes are cut to measuring billets, then billets are calibrated along external and / or inner surface, preliminary machining is performed. Further, workpiece is squeezed by press or spinning processing in several passes with intermediate annealing and phosphating in cold state or with heating. At that, prior to the last crimping stroke drawing is performed with thinning of wall along inner surface by punch with working surface profile in the form of a combination of conical and transition sections, then annealing is performed, which reduces stresses and final mechanical treatment. Crimping is carried out by deforming tool using wear-resistant coating, lubricant-coolant and lubricant.
EFFECT: higher quality of parts surfaces and accuracy of geometric dimensions.
