FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for isostatic treatment of materials and may be most efficiently used to compact granules placed into capsules, foundry goods and diffusion welding of parts from aluminium, magnesium and brass. The gasostatic extruder comprises a working chamber, a gas compressor of low pressure, a high pressure drive, a balloon station with inert gas and a safety valve connected to each other by means of pipelines, at the same time the gasostatic extruder is equipped with a balloon with liquefied carbon dioxide, connected to the cavity of the working chamber via a high pressure drive, and a balloon station with inert gas, the pressure in which is higher than the pressure in the balloon with liquefied carbon dioxide. A discharge pipeline of the safety valve in the gasostatic extruder may be connected to the balloon with liquefied carbon dioxide, and on its head pipeline there is a throttling orifice. The gasostatic extruder may be equipped with a reserve balloon.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to considerably reduce time of gas injection into a working chamber of the gasostatic extruder and to reduce operational inputs.
