FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of chemical industry and metallurgy and may be used to produce suspensions of nanosize particles of elements and their compounds. The method includes condensation of a vapour-containing condensed product from gas phase during water cooling, at the same time the plasma high-temperature flow arrives into a reaction chamber to form vapours of the condensed product, and then leaks into the water volume with speed of at least 100 m/s via a channel arranged at the depth of at least 50 diameters of the channel, at the same time the water temperature in the volume is maintained below the temperature of its boiling.
EFFECT: production of a suspension from non-aggregated particles.
