FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises reactor, plasma generator, and collectors for collecting nano-powder. The raw material is supplied out of the passage for supplying plasma to the reactor. The surface of the reactor is provided with the members for removing nano-powder. The diameter of the nozzle of the plasma generator and the diameter and the length of the reactor are determined form the formulae proposed.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of the nano-powder.
