FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: package for vacuum confinement and filling with definite material is made at least partially from packing film. Said package houses essentially rigid element consisting of the first and second surfaces separated by element thickness. Said element has at least one hole to communicate sais first and second surfaces. Rigid element first surface stays in contact with inner surface of packing film. Second surface is provided with at least one channel communicated with at least one hole. Invention relates to also to application of said rigid element in aforesaid package. Set of parts to this end comprises said essentially rigid element with said surfaces and at least one hole to communicate said surfaces. Said set comprises also aspirator communicated with vacuum generator with suction opening. Note here that aspirator perimetre corresponds to that of rigid element and may be placed on one of aforesaid first and second surfaces to confine gastight inner space. Note here that said rigid element represents permeable element for removed fluid and impenetrable for product contained in proposed package, and it rules out contamination by granular material, while second main surface is provided with at least one channel communicated with at least one hole. Said aspirator comprises chamber with opening the perimeter of which matches that of rigid element. Note here that said chamber is communicated with vacuum pump. Additionally, aspirator comprises pipeline communicated with inert gas source and located to slide on chamber flat wall and through packing film opening for allow tight fit on rigid element surface on feeding inert gas into package and removal therefrom on evacuating said package.
EFFECT: possibility of multiple evacuation, fast change of gas content and gas composition irrespective of package sizes, compact and cheap design.
