FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry. Packaging method involves use of a vacuuming section having a first chamber, a second chamber and a partition wall separating the first chamber from the second chamber and having gap, which with possibility of fluid exchange connects first chamber and second chamber. Gap has size. Second chamber with possibility of fluid medium exchange is connected to vacuum source, configured to apply adjustable vacuum pressure to the second chamber. Vacuuming section is equipped with control unit configured to control rarefaction source. Use of packaged product, which is made of film and has open end. Packaging arrangement in the evacuation section so that the end part of the open end is in the second chamber, the non-end portion of the open end and the product are in the first chamber, and an intermediate part of the open end located between the end portion and the non-end portion of the open end, which enables to exchange fluid between the inner volume of the package and the inner volume of the second chamber, passes through the gap. Adjustment by control unit of difference between first pressure inside first chamber and second pressure inside second chamber to cause gas suction from inner volume of package. Step of pressure difference adjustment includes increase of pressure difference. Increase in pressure difference includes reduction of gap size. Alternatively, the step of adjusting the pressure difference involves reducing the pressure difference. Reducing the pressure difference involves increasing the size of the gap. Device for pumping gas from package in packaging device comprises first chamber, a second chamber and a partition wall separating the first chamber from the second chamber and having a gap which communicates the first chamber and the second chamber with the possibility of exchanging fluid. Device is configured to place package-packed product, which is made of film and has open end, which has end part, non-face part and intermediate part located between end part and non-end part of open end. Device is configured to package the package so that the end part of the open end is in the second chamber, the non-end portion of the open end and the product are in the first chamber, and an intermediate part of the open end located between the end portion and the non-end portion of the open end, which enables to exchange fluid between the inner volume of the package and the inner volume of the second chamber, passes through the gap. Device additionally comprises vacuum source, which with possibility of fluid medium exchange is connected to second chamber and configured to apply an adjustable vacuum pressure to the second chamber and a control unit configured to control the vacuum source. Control unit is configured to perform step of controlling pressure difference between first pressure inside first chamber and second pressure inside second chamber so as to cause gas pumping from inner volume of package. Step of pressure difference adjustment includes increase of pressure difference. Increase in pressure difference includes reduction of gap size. Alternatively, the step of adjusting the pressure difference involves reducing the pressure difference. Reducing the pressure difference involves increasing the size of the gap. Proposed device comprises vacuum section connected with control unit and outlet section. Vacuuming section comprises a degassing device. Optionally, the device additionally comprises a blowdown device configured to blow inner space of package until it is sealed with gas or mixture of gases. Gas or mixture of gases optionally contains inert gas. Optionally, the gas additionally mainly consists of CO2 or contains CO2.
EFFECT: efficient and productive packing of products, easier pumping of gas from the package with minimization or elimination of evaporation of liquids from the product and/or from inside the package and removal of the evaporated liquid.
