FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: method uses partially sealed package (23) having a seal at the first end and an open second end and containing the product to be packaged (20), a vacuum chamber is used in which the distance between first compartment (351) and second (352) compartment for opening the chamber and closing it is regulated, so that the end portion of the second end of package (23) is located inside the chamber, the non-terminal portion of the second end is located outside the chamber and the intermediate portion of the second end extends through the distance adjustment hole to provide a substantially hermetic contact between first (351) and second (352) compartments, with the exception of the opening. Intermediate portion enters the opening of the inner vacuum pressure in the chamber to create a gas flow through the opening, in which the opposite layers of the film at the second end retain a substantially spaced configuration, and suction of the gas both from inside package (23) and from the surrounding atmosphere through the opening. Also, the invention is another embodiment of the method and embodiments of a gas extraction apparatus comprising the above-described evacuation chamber and a packaging device comprising a gas take-off device.
