FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: turbulised cavitator-emulsifier of heavy oil products includes once-through housing with turbuliser and cavitator in-series installed in it. Cavitator is made in the form of at least two rows of bars; bars are fixed in walls of the housing perpendicular to flow at equal distance between themselves. Number of bars in rows increases with increase of cross section of the channel. Bars are tightly fitted in walls of the housing.
EFFECT: invention allows improving quality of the obtained emulsion, operating reliability and improving technic and economic parametres of preparation process of fine emulsion.
