SUBSTANCE: combined cycle thermal power plant includes gas turbine unit, steam turbine unit, steam circulation circuit spreading through the first and the second heat exchange modules and heat recovery steam generator operating in afterburning mode, which transfers to the steam the residual energy of waste gases leaving the gas turbine unit and is equipped with the first mechanically controlled burner for heating the first and the second heat exchange modules, and the second mechanically controlled burner located between the first and the second heat exchange modules and installed with the possibility of heating only the second heat exchange modules, the first and the second temperature sensors for supplying the temperature signal corresponding to steam temperature in the section of steam circulation circuit, which connects the first heat exchange modules and steam turbine unit, and temperature signal corresponding to steam temperature in the section of steam circulation circuit, which connects the second heat exchange modules and steam turbine unit, and control unit for power adjustment of the first burner and the second burner as function of temperature signals; at that, the power plant includes fuel feed lines to the first and the second burner; at that, control unit is provided with possibility of supplying the power signal that determines complete fuel feed to the first and the second burner, and separation signal for separation of the fed fuel between the first and the second burner, which is the function of temperature signals (TH, TM).
EFFECT: invention allows providing the increase in efficiency of the thermal power plant in all operating conditions at intense reduction of the requirements for steam cooling.
