FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device contains signal injection module having the possibility of injecting the first test signal to the first electric circuit and injecting the second test signal to the first electric circuit or to the second electric circuit. Signal conversion module having the possibility of measuring the first and the second electrical values appearing in the first electric circuit and measurement of the first and the second electrical values appearing in the first electric circuit. The processing module containing at least two input channels, which has the possibility of receiving the above measured electrical values and determining the above electrical parameter as per the measured electrical values, as well as the mixer having the possibility of addition of the measured values of the first electrical value appearing under action of the first and the second test signals, and formation on their basis of the first mixed signal, addition of the measured values of the second electrical value appearing under action of the first and the second test signals, and formation on their basis of the second mixed signal, supply of the first mixed signal to the first input channel of the processing module and supply of the second mixed signal to the second input channel of the processing module.
