FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: high-voltage component contains insulating coating (17) enveloping it, which belongs to high-voltage system (1) containing two or more than two high-voltage conductors having the possibility of carrying the alternating current. Alternating currents have maximum potential relative to earth potential and are consistent with each other as to the value and phase so that alternating currents added together extinguish each other at common potential that is close to the earth potential. At that, there offset is common potential for high-voltage conductors during the on-going operations of high-voltage system.
EFFECT: facilitation of operation with high-voltage component in relation to partial discharges; possibility of detecting the insulation defects at early stage; providing more time for the repair.
