FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: due to design simplicity the table calendar usage requires no complicated skills. The desk calendar includes cylinders freely rotating relative each other with such cylinders surface that is not in use covered with a decorative screen designed in the shape of a hollow parallelepiped inside whereof the rotating cylinders are placed. In the front wall of the parallelepiped there are 8 holes cut for demonstration of digits and the required date designation. The two utmost cylinders axes are positioned horizontally while those of the six central cylinders - vertically. The handles wherewith the cylinders are put in rotary motion represent extensions of the cylinders protruding outside the parallelepiped. Serially inscribed on the left-hand horizontal cylinder are names of the week; inscribed onto the next four vertical cylinders are digits indicating the year; digits on the next two ones indicate the date with names of the months inscribed on the right-hand horizontal cylinder. The bottom facet of the decorative screen body is attached to a massive base. Above and under the first horizontal cylinder, parallel to it, there are two rotary pins positioned with end handles projecting outside the decorative screen. Wound onto the pins is transparent tape consisting of bands of various colours stitched together so that to enable sequential placement of transparent band of each colour between the name of the current month on the cylinder and the hole in the parallelepiped.
EFFECT: invention improvement.
