SUBSTANCE: device of a basic station comprises an extraction module configured to do the first extraction, at least of two groups from many groups, in which a unit of resources included into the composition of at least two groups, which are not sequential in the frequency area, is extracted for the mobile station device, or the second extraction, in which the sequential units of resources included into the composition of one of many groups are extracted for the mobile station device. Units of resources, every of which comprises multiple subcarriers being sequential in the frequency area are extracted into multiple groups, every of which comprises a predetermined number of units of resources, which are sequential in the frequency area; and a transfer module configured to send control information into the mobile station device, including both information on difference between the first extraction and the second extraction, and information that identifies a unit of resources extracted for the mobile station device.
EFFECT: making it possible to eliminate increased costs to communicate a result of distribution in planning of frequency in the communication system with multiple carriers and to provide a sufficient effect of frequency diversity.
