FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to transmission of information on channel quality via return link and performing the planning by using channel quality information sent via return link in wireless communication system on the basis of multiple access with orthogonal frequency division (OFDMA). In OFDMA wireless communication system deterioration of performance characteristics in straight direction, as a result of decrease of amount of information on return channel quality, is decreased, as well as increase of reverse load is suppressed due to channel quality information transmitted via return link. Base station controls physical channel power by using the information transmitted via return link from mobile station. According to the method transmitting channel quality information from mobile station, there measured is channel quality information on the basis of from sub-band to sub-band, channel quality information on the basis of from sub-band to sub-band for some number of channels is transmitted in the order of sub-bands of the information on the best channel quality. Averaged channel quality information is measured and transmitted.

EFFECT: establishing proper relationship between reverse load and selectivity of direct channel.
