For example, the group control unit (107) changes the group of subcarriers, the CQI of which is to be reported based on a frame or a transmission time interval (TTI). Furthermore, the group control unit (107) sets a group of subcarriers, the CQI of which is to be reported, to a SINR determining unit (108) and a CQI generating unit (109).
