SUBSTANCE: device for selection of a transport format of MAC level determines assignment of higher level transfer data into parallel data flows, based on characteristics of data received from higher levels, and information on physical resources received from PHY level, and also generates parameters of transport format for each data flow. A multiplexing component multiplexes transfer data into parallel data flows in transport units in compliance with assignment of data flows and according parameters of transport format, generated by the device of transport format selection, and delivers selectively multiplexed data of transfer to PHY level for transfer of physical resources along according divisions. The device of transport format selection also generates attributes of physical transfer, such as rate of modulation and coding (MCR), number of subframes in the transfer time interval (TTI), TTI duration, capacity of transfer and parameters of hybrid automatic retransmit query (HARQ).

EFFECT: wireless transfer, reception unit is provided, as well as the method to process communication data in hierarchy of processing levels.
