FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages producing floor of secondary soya raw material obtained in the process of production of full fat soya floor containing shell - 40%, soya seed germs - 10% and crashed seed lobes - 50%, mixing the produced floor with puree of dried laminaria brown seaweed at a ratio of 1:1, moulding the produced composition granules with a 1 - 2 mm diameter and their drying.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product for functional alimentation, the product may be used for preparation of food concentrates, culinary dishes and may represent a biologically active additive to food.
