FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to grain-based dietary, prophylactic and functional products. The product contains dry wheat and rye grains (thermally treated by explosion method), chapped particles of lentils, linseeds, watermelon seeds, holy thistle seeds, walnuts and cedar nuts, soya, beebread as well as a powder made of girasol, spirulina, laminaria, ginseng and crude naphtha. When consumed, the mixture of the above components is poured with water. The mixture components are at the following ratio, g/100g of the ready dry product: Durum wheat grains 19.5-20.5, rye grains 19.5-20.5, soya 19.5-20.5, lentils 10.5-11.0, linseeds 5.0-5.5, holy thistle seeds 5.0-5.5, girasol powder 2.5-2.75, watermelon seeds 2.5-2.75, walnuts 2.5-2.75, cedar nuts 2.5-2.75, beebread 2.5-2.75, spirulina powder 2.5-2.75, laminaria powder 2.5-2.75, ginseng powder 0.5 - 0.75, crude naphtha powder 0.5-0.75.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a balanced food product having enhanced prophylactic effect on the organism of a human suffering from chromic cerebral ischemia.
