FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder additives preparation. The method involves mixing of pre-processed protein-containing vegetal origin raw material and protein-containing animal origin raw material. The pre-processed protein-containing vegetal origin raw material is represented by full fat soya bean flour or secondary raw material flour produced by way of soya seeds processing into full fat flour; the protein-containing animal origin raw material is represented by slaughter animal or poultry blood. The components are taken at a ratio of 2:1; the produced mixture is moulded into granules and dried.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to reduce energy consumption for the product drying process two times due to preliminary averaging of moisture content in soya bean flour and blood and ensures manufacture of a product with high biological value.
