The device consists of a holder for receiving a sample source, the holder having an activation portion and a port. The lancet body is fixed inside the port and has an inlet and an interior. The piercing element is movable between a position before activation, in which the piercing element is held in the inner part, and a piercing position, in which at least a portion of the piercing element extends through the entrance part. The container is detachably connected to the lancet body section. The container forms a collection cavity. Disclosed is a holder for a device for obtaining a blood sample, which is configured to receive a sample source. The holder has an activation section and a port. The activation area is convertible between a first position where the holder defines a first ellipse and a second position where the holder defines a second ellipse, the second ellipse being different from the first ellipse.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the distribution of the sample in a controlled manner and simplifies the collection of capillary blood.
