FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and is intended for protection of brackets against damage. Fusible material, hardening at temperature +30 - +35°C and a syringe are heated in thermostat to +42°C. Syringe is filled with material, needle with blunt working end and curved at obtuse angle is attached. Bracket-system is installed, its surface and surface of teeth, on which it is fixed are dried with air flow. Mouth is left open. Patient is laid with face upward, their head is turned until it takes position at which surface of the extreme tooth with bracket-system is located in horizontal plane. Melted material is pressed out of syringe on bracket-system until its complete covering. Patient's head is turned with successive bringing into horizontal position each next open tooth with bracket, with simultaneous continuous pressing out on each of them from syringe of melted plastic material until complete covering with it bracket-system with formation from hardened material of roller completely hiding bracket-system. Gypsum model of dentition with roller is made. Plastic material is removed with jet of water heated to +42°C. Kappa is made and put on dentition before each meal or medication intake for the period until bracket-system is removed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality of dentition correction due to increase of bracket-system preservation when chewing hard food products and medications.
