FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and can be used in outpatient dental practice and maxillofacial surgery, in reconstructive operations associated with loss of teeth and hard and soft tissues in the oral cavity. Implant is made, for which the patient is examined by the oral cavity or its plaster model, the results of the examination are combined with a computer tomogram, virtually simulate the required design of the implant repeating the contour of the patient's bone tissue, bypassing the important anatomical structures to isolate the points of future placement of the fixing screws and abutments for fixation of orthopaedic structure with implementation of individual implant from material used for osteosynthesis. When using the manufactured implant, a required area is cut through a defect, incision is continued, retreating to a safe distance from the defect to preserve the viability of the flaps and the prospect of their mobilization for suturing after the implant is being inserted, the implant is being tried on, the passive fixation, the absence of defects, passive fit, anatomical compliance with the shape and size of the defect, mobilizes soft tissues within the defect, fixes the implant using at least one self-drilling screw, an orthopaedic component which is welded to the implant after the implant itself has been grown, gingival shaper is inserted, wound is hermetically sealed and load is applied for soft tissue stabilization.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce an individual implant maximally accurately repeating jaw contours and requiring no rework during operation, having a simple fixation method, as well as in surgical intervention, which enables to minimize the volume of surgical intervention, reduce the number and frequency of complications, as well as reduce postoperative discomfort and reduce length of rehabilitation of patients.
