SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for controlled injection of dental anesthetic into intraligamentous tissue contains drive, hand unit for holding by doctor, connected with drive and made with possibility of holding injection needle, which can be introduced into intraligamentous tissue for supply of anesthetic at instant absolute pressure, changing as function of tissue type and needle position. Minimal threshold absolute pressure, required for introduction of dental anesthetic into intraligamentous tissue, constitutes from 200 to 500 pounds per square inch (14.06 - 35.15 kg/cm2). Pressure sensor measures or calculates instant pressure. Mechanism of feedback is intended for supply of received signal to doctor, showing, when instant pressure reaches minimal threshold pressure. Mechanism of feedback is applied for direction of needle movement until is minimal threshold pressure is reached. Described is method of controlled injection of dental anesthetic and device for controlled injection of medication into selected tissue of subject.
EFFECT: ensuring of doctor informing due to feedback about the moment when instant pressure reaches minimal threshold value.
