FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. The method consists in muscle electrostimulation which is carried out by stimulating pulses generated by electrodes placed on pre-determined grounds of muscles. The stimulating pulses are synchronised by means of biomechanical inertial sensors. A synchronisation moment is specified by a phase and amplitude of each type of biomechanical inertial sensors, and the biomechanical sensors are three-axial accelerometers and gyroscopes. A device comprises a unit accommodating a stimulation channel, an electromyogram recording channel, inertial biomechanical sensors, a two-way radio channel, a power supply, electrodes placed on patient's muscles, a computer with control software. The device enables independent synchronisation either from proper sensors, or from similar sensors of the other identical device with wireless data transmission.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions is expected to provide precise electrostimulation of the muscles and motion correction in various periodic locomotions.
