FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separating minor solid particles from gas mix in the field of centrifugal forces. Proposed cyclone comprises vertical case with taper bottom, horizontal cover, adapter, inlet and discharge branch pipes, separation pack arranged insides said case and aligned therewith. Said pack consists of vertical plates arranged on bearing ring along its edges at an angle to circumference to form slotted channels in overlapping zone, accumulation container with discharge device, neck jointing said case with accumulation container, and provided with locking device. Disk is secured from below to bearing ring with clearance. Hollow cylinder is secured from below to said disk and aligned therewith. Distributing nested doll is secured from below to said cylinder and aligned therewith. Said nested doll consists of coaxial perforated different diameter and length tubes fitted one into another. Larger-length tubes feature smaller diameter. Round opening is made at disk center to accommodate suction branch pipe provided with flow regulator. Flat ring elevated relative to bearing ring to make annular clearance with separation pack vertical plates is secured on said suction branch pipe. Protective disk is arranged below said distribution nested doll and aligned therewith.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, simplified design.
