FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gas vortex separator contains a vertical cylindrical body, an inlet, a vertical outlet and a drainage nozzles, a horizontal partition and a separation device. The outlet nozzle is located at the top of separator. The inlet nozzle is located coaxially with the outlet nozzle at the bottom of separator. The shell is fastened to partition with an outlet at the top and bottom cover, the side wall of the shell under the partition is provided with an inlet, and the drainage nozzle is connected to the opening in the bottom cover. The separating device is located inside the shell and covers the outlet opening, while the swirler is located on the outside of the bottom cover.
EFFECT: providing an additional preliminary stage of gas separation from liquid and solid particles, which leads to improved separation quality.
