FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: mixture for producing light brown-coloured glase contains annealed wastes of vanadium catalyst (SVD), nepheline sludge and sodium oxide Na2O, with the following content of ingredients in wt %: spent SVD-catalyst 43-47, nepheline sludge 43-47, Na2O 10. The mixture undergoes fritting at temperature 1100-1150°C and then ground.
EFFECT: low fritting temperature of the glase, low cost of the glase due to use of cheap raw material, recycling production wastes.
