FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of refractory articles and monolithic lining of thermal generating units operated at high temperature in contact with aggressive melted materials: slag, metals, clinker and glass in various industries. Refractory concrete mixture contains refractory filler based on alumina of different fractions, alumomagnesian spinel, reactive alumina and/or calcined alumina, calcium aluminate cement, deflocculant and organic fibre, according to invention alumomagnesian spinel is represented by fractions 0-1 mm and less than 8 mcm and/or less than 3 mcm, with following ratio of components, wt%: refractory filler based on alumina of fraction 0-12 mm - base, alumina fraction 0-1 mm - 2-18, alumina fraction less than 8 mcm and/or fraction smaller than 3 mcm - 3-14, calcium aluminate cement - 3-18, reactive and/or calcined alumina - 5-15, deflocculant, over 100 %, - 0.01-1.0, organic fibre, over 100%, - 0.02-0.07. Additionally, refractory concrete mixture can contain microsilica in amount of 0.2-0.5 wt% (over 100 %) and steel fibre in an amount of 0.1-3.5 wt% (over 100 %).
EFFECT: technical result is low gas permeability and high corrosion resistance.
