FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a method for production of a premix intended for feeding poultry bred at poultry farms. The method envisages cultivation of a stock bacterial culture in a reactor in sterile nutritional medium, the produced mass mixture with other components, drying and milling. The stock culture is represented by Bacillus subtilis bacteria seeded into nutritional medium consisting of 19% of soya flour, 1% of starch, 10% of chalk and 70% of water. Cultivation is performed for 24-27 hours combined with continual stirring and aeration. Mixing, drying and milling of wheat bran, soya lecithin, cultural liquor containing bacteria are performed in the process of drying in a vibrofluidised bed in 120-125°C heat carrier flow with the cultural liquor containing bacteria sprayed on the mixture of wheat bran and soya lecithin at a ratio of wheat bran to soya lecithin and to the cultural liquor equal to 1:0.1:2 during 30 minutes.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce quantity of water consumption required for nutritional medium preparation and ensures combination of the premix components mixing, drying and milling stages, duration of the drying process being no more than 30 minutes.
