FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology, and aims at implantation of a flexible intraocular lens in Marfan's syndrome, as well as subluxation of lens, rupture of posterior capsule. Lens phacoemulsification is followed by implantation of the flexible intraocular lens by an injector through a corneal tunnel incision 2.2 mm long into an anterior chamber. Two haptic elements and an optical part of the lens are introduced into the capsular sac. Another two haptic elements are brought behind an iris within a tear-off zone from ligaments of Zinn or rupture of a posterior capsule. After implantation of the intraocular lens, double sutures are tied with needles by a "loop" technique to two haptic elements brought behind the iris. The needles with sutures are brought behind the iris and pricked out through a cornea at 1 mm from a limb in a projection of each haptic element brought behind the iris within the tear-off zone from the ligaments of Zinn. The sutures are cut off from needles, taking out from the anterior chamber by a hook through a paracentesis and coupled together with forming an interrupted stitch on the iris.

EFFECT: method allows facilitating a surgical process, reducing injures and a risk of postoperative complications, including postoperative astigmatism.
