SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to methods for producing an antibody preparation with a lower level of host cell proteins (HCP) from a mixture containing an antibody and at least one HCP involving the stage of ion-exchange separation wherein the mixture is exposed to a first ion-exchange material so that to produce the antibody preparation with the lower level of HCP.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables fast and qualitative purification of the antibody preparation.
