FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to fluids cavitators aimed at varying properties of fluids and may be used in various process (grinding, dispersion, homogenisation, mechanical activation, etc) in mining, fuel production, chemistry, etc. Proposed cavitator comprises casing with processed fluid feed and discharge branch pipes, and work chamber. Said chamber housing stator provided with at least one concentric row of cavitators, rotor fitted on drive shaft with pump vanes, and at least one concentric row of cavitators. In compliance with another version, said chamber accommodates two aligned rotors fitted on drive shafts to revolve in opposition. Every rotor has at least one concentric row of cavitators. One of said rotors is equipped with pump vanes. Note here that the number of cavitators of rotor with pump vanes is a prime number not smaller than 7 and increases in every next concentric row in direction from drive shaft to periphery.

EFFECT: lower noise, higher efficiency and longer life.
