FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining and may be used for machining of plastic articles. Proposed device comprises casing arranged on foundation to support billet fluting device with roller with its working surface provided with ledges arranged with preset pitch. Casing with movable plate with three rollers moving in guides therein is arranged on lathe support. Two rollers are stationary. Third roller with ledges made on its surface is arranged inside said casing to horizontally move therein. For this, movable plate has groove for block with said roller fitted on axle to displace therein driven by screw. Besides, third roller working surface in contact with billet may be not fluted.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
