FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding, particularly, to multiple moulds. Proposed device comprises mould with male dies and interconnected body and cover. Axial dead hole and peripheral dead holes are made in mould body, the number of peripheral dead holes corresponding to that of the mould cavities. Through holes are made coaxially in mould cover. Plungers with cups with outer diameter equal to dead hole diameter displace in said through holes. Plunger arranged in axial hole comprises thrust collar and stack of plate springs resting therein. Said sings are contracted in cover axial hole by coupling nut with outer thread. Plungers arranged in peripheral holes extend beyond cover surface to rest on mould male die face surfaces. Peripheral dead holes communicate with axial dead hole via channels. Spaces of channels and holes are filled with viscoelastic paste up to cup surface. Said cups are fitted on plunger face surfaces on the side of dead holes.
EFFECT: equal mean density of identical articles, higher quality.
