FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to method of control over axle bearings in motion. Proposed method comprises measuring kinematic parameters and their departure for inner moving race of axle bearing, as well as kinematic parameters and their departure in passing of bearing balls by sensor. Then measured kinematic parameters-to-their departure ratios are defined. Obtained magnitudes are compared with preset threshold values. In case the latter are exceeded, defect of axle bearing is defined.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity.
