FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewage treatment plants. Proposed horizontal plant comprises housing, sludge collector and system of water feed flutes with water distribution via spillway. Water feed flute with jet guide wall is arranged atop said housing, said wall being made up of bent plate consisting of two vertical sections and one horizontal section adjoining to water feed chute vertical plate with clearance. Housing sludge collecting section is arranged at housing bottom section under water feed flute to adjoin bottom section inclined toward sludge collecting section. Spillway system is located opposite the water feed flute and made up of vertical plate with its top part located level with water level in settler housing and get guide plate bent toward housing rear wall wherein two drain tubes are mounted at different levels from housing top edge.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment.
