FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inspection windows for regular and inspection furnaces. The inspection window has a substrate having a first main surface and a second main surface. A coating is deposited on at least part of the first main surface, said coating comprising a first gradient layer containing silicon and tin oxides with thickness of 100-1500 Ǻ, a second layer containing tin oxide doped with fluorine and a second coating having a first dielectric layer which contains a zinc stannate layer and a zinc oxide layer, a first metallic layer, a second dielectric layer comprising a zinc oxide layer, a zinc stannate layer and a second zinc oxide layer, a second metallic layer and a top zinc oxide layer and a protective layer.

EFFECT: design of windows having less than four coatings and having acceptable visible light transmission and heat or radiation reflection.
