FIELD: machine building industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes modification of, at least, part of polymer surface. Two polymer film materials having identical chemical composition are used for modification. At first, surfaces of both materials are put in front of each other. Then like-charged polymer particles or free radicals are created on each surface. The polymer film material is then injected into a chamber of the modifier charged particles precipitation on polymer film material surfaces. Simultaneously, particles or modifier particles conglomerates being in liquid or solid phase are injected into gas flow. The mixture is then ionised to charge particles or modifier particles conglomerates with a charge opposite to a charge of surfaces of both polymer film materials. After that, the flow of diffused charged modifier particles are injected into the modifier particles precipitation chamber between two opposite charged surfaces of polymer film materials, where the charged modifier particles are directed and then precipitated on the surfaces of two polymer film materials. The modifier particles are fixed in polymer film material by rolling of two modified polymer film materials between two heated pinch rollers. The modification method is also proposed providing for using two polymer film materials with different chemical composition and device for implementing the above described method.
EFFECT: inventions ensure high repeatability of process parameters, easiness of injection and response of modifier concentration.
