FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing of two multiple-phase gas flows and can be used in chemical industry, for example in synthesis of polymer powders and in pharmaceutical and food industry. Proposed method comprises formation of two multiple-phase gas flows, ionisation of every gas flow separately and charging gas flow particles with unlike charges. Two multiple-phase gas flows of unlike-charge particles are mixed in mixing chamber by creating in said chamber an axial magnetic field. Magnetic field intensity vector is controlled by control over mixing of said two multiple-phase flows of unlike-charge particles. Proposed device comprises pressure control valves for two gases, particle sprayers and ionisers. Mixing chamber is combined with magnetic field generator.
EFFECT: better control over mixing and mixing characteristic time.
